At IMHAPS, we strive to provide quality services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
No refunds will be issued once the registration confirmation mail is sent with the link to access all the resources.
Refunds are not available for digital publications once purchased. Physical publications can be returned within 14 days if received in a damaged condition. A replacement will be provided.
Cancellations made 5 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will be provided.
A 50% refund will be issued for counseling/psychotherapy sessions canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds will not be provided for sessions canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment.
If IMHAPS cancels an event or service, a full refund will be provided.
